Kurioo is operated by Eugenia Jongewaard.
What we store
Kurioo has no accounts. The YouTube channels you follow, the categories you create and the videos you mark as watched are kept in your own browser only. The single exception is feedback: if you send a message through the feedback form, that message is saved in our database, without any name or email attached.
Why we store it
Feedback is used only to improve the app. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Where it is stored
Your feed lives in your browser storage and never leaves your device. Public YouTube feed data is fetched from YouTube on your behalf.
Your choices
You can remove creators and categories at any time, and clearing your browser data removes everything Kurioo keeps about your feed. Browser notifications are optional and only enabled if you grant permission.
